Var Bandor, the Hub of Avendar
Whether it's social interaction, back alleyway murders, or bar room brawls, Var Bandor is the place to be for anything and everything. Var Bandor is essentially the "center" of the Avendar world, serving as a focal point for a lot of events, as well as the headquarters for the Guardian household.

Nearly every possible guildmaster can be found in Var Bandor, with the exception of the naturalists and the mystical psionicists.

Plenty of quests can be located here as well, although most are only available to a certain level range. But rest assured, nearly every level range is served, including the lowest of lowbies. Those interested in these quests should explore the city, Should you follow a scholarly path, you may wish to breeze past your guildmaster from time to time, because they just might have a task for you.

The Guardians find their home here as well, and one should take heed to read the laws and note that entering their Hall of Law is in fact, a crime.

  • A few easy to get lowbie pieces of equipment.

Things to be careful of:

  • Accidentally entering the Hall of Law
  • Accidentally attacking a shopkeeper
  • The flesh laboratory

Fun Facts:

  • The initial Var Bandor was built in a day by the original immortal staff, in order to meet the opening date for the beta Avendar.
